A Quiet Place is a song about life in Yangon in 2021. The thing that gave me inspiration for this project was the sheer idea of isolation and hopelessness that we as a people felt as a whole. It was a time when no news could be trusted. It was a time when we feared each other and the people that oppressed us. We couldn’t trust anybody and simply going about in your streets could end with a bullet in the skull. This is a new song I've got coming May 10th called "When Will I Learn?". This song will serve as the introductory single from my upcoming album "Don't Be Silly, You'll Crash It, Vol. 3" that has been in the planning stages for almost 2 years but slated for completion & release sometime this year. This song is about wanting to belong & feel loved; I wrote it during a period when I was down on my luck & unsure about the future of this project.
