Dippy Eggs -
2 eggs
2 tbsp. butter
2 pieces of bread to toast
salt and pepper to taste
Put a frying pan on medium high heat and add 1 tbsp. butter. When the butter is fully melted and begins to bubble slightly, crack the 2 eggs into the center of the pan. Drop your bread slices into the toaster. When the eggs are no longer translucent lightly sprinkle salt and pepper on the top of the eggs. When the edge of the eggs begin to flop with the butter, give the pan a shake to loosen the eggs from the pan and then gently but swiftly flip the eggs while keeping the spatula as horizontal to the pan as possible. Turn off the burner and lightly sprinkle salt and pepper on the bottom of the eggs. Remove your toast from the toaster and immediately put the other tbsp. of butter between the slices to melt. Remove the eggs from the pan with the same swift and horizontal approach as before and plate the eggs next to the toast.
If you break a yoke, throw the whole plate against the fucking wall and start over.more
