Based in Jacksonville, Florida, I am not only a solo artist but also the owner of a recording studio. Moreover, Dopesick draws profound inspiration from my personal battles with addiction, which heavily influence both my lyrics and sound. As a person in recovery with over 2 years sober, I channel the raw emotions, struggles, and triumphs of that journey into every aspect of my music. A friend of mine in University always used to say that life is better with a soundtrack. I couldn’t agree more. I am sure we have all felt a little unreciprocated sometimes: A different kind of track from me this month. I really enjoy listening to Olafur Arnalds , A Winged Victory For The Sullen, Johan Johansson and Jon Hopkins. I love the emotion their music carries.
