Kut Thru Stone
Want to sing you a song With words so true they’d cut through stone Through the fog beyond maybe reach your heart Seasons come and go They know how to say a slow goodbye Not like you and I Gone our separate ways Rhythms of the heart Speaking just to you can you hear Or do you turn away deaf and blind You’ve always been running Never stopping to look back At all the pain you’ve left behind you Or at your soul as As it waves goodbye Age of reason must come Water-bearer must pour forth the water Water of truth light our darkest ways Heal our deepest pains So we might live on Everyone proud and strong And forever free No saviors no kings No saviors no kings more
