Carlos Rivera Guerra, or better known as Carlos Rivera (born March 15, 1986, Huamantla, Tlaxcala), is a Mexican singer who rose to fame by becoming the winner of the third generation of La Academia. He was born to José Gonzalo Gilberto Rivera Ramírez and María de Lourdes Guerra Martínez Antonio, on March 15, 1986. Rivera became a local celebrity while still a child, winning several singing contests and hosting a radio show on Radio Huamantla.
