Dream Theater
Dream Theater is an American progressive metal band formed in 1985 under the name Majesty by John Petrucci, John Myung and Mike Portnoy while they attended Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts. They subsequently dropped out of their studies to concentrate further on the band that would ultimately become Dream Theater. Though a number of lineup changes followed, the three original members remained together until September 8, 2010, when Portnoy left the band. Mike Mangini was announced as the new permanent drummer on April 29, 2011.

Awake
This is an instrumental metal/rock song. It's my very first realise as a solo artist, The song has a few tempo and time changes and it goes from really heavy to a psychedelic part, after that it becomes heavy again. more

Perfect Misery
The making of Perfect misery is inspired by an experience of losing oneself to love. Nimo shares his misfortune of drowning in a tragedy he wasn’t able to see. The important element he stresses on, is how this helped him to acknowledge the good and bad in all situations, which made him what he is after all. The song is a perfect mix of pop, rock and country. The acoustic sounds and ambient textures make it a sonic delight. An ideal listen if you’re trying to find yourself after a heartbreak.more
