G-Dragon and Taeyang are two members of a successful South Korean male quintet Big Bang, who have been active since 2006. The pair made their sub-unit debut in November of 2014 with the digital single "Good Boy". Prior to the formation of Big Bang in 2006, they were set to debut as a duo named 'GDYB' to represent their initials before Youngbae adopted the stage name of 'Taeyang'.
