Prisoner
Track 8 of my album Gryselda Wilhelmine, out everywhere Before without feeling Now with a newfound meaning The grip of the feeling something dead weight The sight of a dream so disheartening Please tell me I’m dreaming This déjà vu I felt before Tender, tender numb to the pain Now sore Forgive me seeming without feeling I swore I saw it in a dream It just came to me I can’t hold it my prisoner It was meant to be free It never belonged to me really, really Just a passing thing Before without feeling Stamp out this love for the captor Now with a newfound meaning The grip of the feeling something dead weight The sight of a dream so disheartening Prisoner I can’t keep you Please tell me I’m dreaming This déjà vu I felt before Tender, tender numb to the pain Now sore Forgive me seeming without feeling If I have to ask, it’s probably true I swore I saw it in dream Tell me what this means Somethings hunting me The things I seek Hunger with fasting feelingmore

Hyde
Track 5 of my album Gryselda Wilhelmine, out everywhere (Doctor Jekyll & Mr. Hyde inspired in a way but also associated in another with an older song Skin to Hide ) I love it because it's more a short story than a song Come to terms Find the words A needle in a haystack I walked right into the knife To the slaughter The fallen surround me It’s written on me The wound’s blinking back Black glass, my blood Driven to hyde, hyde Creeping in the night Slowly, slowly Floor don’t creak where I reside Don’t, don’t Be caught even in the streaks of moonlight I whisper to the house You give me up tonight Don’t you give me up tonight Alarm the wind, or set fires Leave me black in your wake The energies fight At odds with my temples Like fireworks Doctor, doctor please, please No nevermind Jekyll, my, my mind Dark inside, so dark outside Find the light Driven to hyde, hyde Creeping in the night Slowly, slowly Floor don’t creak where I reside Don’t, don’t Be caught even in the streaks of moonlight I whisper to the house You give me up tonight Don’t you give me up tonightmore

Nightfall
Track 7 of my album Gryselda Wilhelmine, out everywhere Take the weather Answer my calls I can’t fight it off So, I let it fall Close my eyes for the embrace of the dark Force of the hit with the hurt that took me down The weight of the walls cracking Brace for the fall Curling in to bury me, standing tall Avalanche with no mark Down with bravado Bottled up Until I choke on my thoughts Like the smoke the feeling Pretend its nightfall No one can hear me cry Saving face but I’m dying inside, I’m dying inside Blink twice to clear the redness and tear from my eyes This is the last time, I said last time I can’t fight it off So, I let it fall The rain is piercing sharp Close my eyes for the embrace of the dark The wind is lashing Force of the hit with the hurt that took me down The weight of the walls cracking, cracking Just keep your eyes closed Brace for the fall Curling in to bury me, standing tall Avalanche with no mark Down with bravado Bottled up Until I choke on my thoughts Like the smoke the feeling Pretend its nightfall No one can hear me cry, care or wonder why Saving face but I’m dying inside, I’m dying insidemore
