Cut
hello i wrote a fan song about the show Severance 💧 out 3/25 music & lyrics, production, mixing, performance - me mastering - elaine rasnake at daughterboard audio lyrics: You'd have to be out of your head to go there again I'm clocking out for the night You must be cut to heal But who's holding the knife? Strength in numbers but the numbers don't look right Out of sight out of mind You must be cut to heal You must be cut Ooh, I had a friend on the inside But that grief isn't mine Love was stolen away on the outside Unsafely compartmentalized No matter how I try The question's still the question either side Who are you? You'd have to be out of your head to go there again I'm clocking out for the night You must be cut to heal But who's holding the knife? Strength in numbers but the numbers don't feel right Out of sight out of mind You must be cut to heal You must be cut to heal Well, it worked until it didn't Now I just want to go home But there's no place like that here I know Isn't it kind to be cruel? See how agency is overruled So who are you? Waves are crashing, memories clash into singularity The break wasn't clean Down here we still bleed I'm so sorry Out of your head Who's holding the knife? You'd have to be out of your head Out of sight out of mind Out of your head Who's holding the knife? You'd have to be out of your head Out of sight out of mind Out of your headmore
