Nick Drake
Nick Drake (Nicholas Rodney Drake, Rangoon, Burma, June 19, 1948 - Tanworth-in-Arden, England, November 25, 1974) was an English folk singer known for his gentle, enigmatic songs and his virtuosic right-hand finger picking technique. Although he recorded only three albums, critics and fellow musicians hold his work in very high esteem. Drake failed to find a wide audience during his lifetime and had a strong aversion to performing. Since his death, however, Drake's music has gained a significant cult following.

Above the Clouds
I can't seem to be inspired with lyrics at the moment, so it's instrumentals and it looks like this album, which will be out next year won't have a song included, unless inspiration comes my way. There will be a video on YouTube video produced in the near future.more

Be Human
"Be Human" is a timeless Americana folk song written and performed by singer-songwriter Josh Jensen and featuring a beautiful fiddle arrangement and background vocals by Hannah Wyatt. The song features poetic lyrics that are painted with strong imagery, setting the stage for a plea to humankind to drop our differences and come together in a time of intense division. The lyrics to "Be Human" are partially inspired by the Bob Dylan biopic "A Complete Unknown" and also heavily influenced by current events. In the film, "A Complete Unknown", a scene from the 1965 Newport Folk Festival featured an opening set of axe-wielding performers who set their axes down near the stage after their performance. When Dylan starts playing onstage with an all-electric band, Pete Seeger was rumored to have said, "If I had an axe, I'd chop the microphone cable right now." The lyrics give Seeger that axe, as the biopic did.more
