Night Ranger is an American rock band from San Francisco that formed in 1982 and gained popularity during the 1980s with a series of albums and singles.
The band's first five albums sold more than 10 million copies worldwide and have sold 17 million albums total. After their success waned in the late 1980s, the band split up in 1989 and its members pursued other musical endeavours including group and solo efforts. Brad Gillis and Kelly Keagy teamed up with bassist Gary Moon and released an album without the other original band members in 1995

A challenge was laid down by Josie the Redheaded Libertarian (unwittingly)
Which I took up and I think, handled pretty well.
Therefore the result is dedicated to her.
The original post on Twitter/X was like "Millenialisms we need to retire from usage"

Arandulia's Lament
So who is this lady: Arandulia is a (non-Tolkien canon) Maia (same order as Gandalf, Saruman, Sauron, Radagast) on a text MUD started in the 90's called SlothMUD.
And she's internally mulling over some (as yet unspecified) mistake she made that got a whole bunch of people killed. This was the last track on the Esra (Akkadian cuneiform writing for 'twenty' hence it followed NovemDeka which meant 19).
she guards one of the four corner towers of Old Thalos along with
Rixlor (Orc, has a track on Slaps, see "climbing the martial ladder")
Ozomalk (Lizardman, has a track, not-on-Slaps but is on the other services)
Barozek (Dwarf, I didn't write his music yet)
