Protest the Hero are a Canadian progressive metal band from Whitby, Ontario. Originally named Happy Go Lucky, the band line-up has remained the same since their formation in 1999. The band changed their name to Protest the Hero shortly before releasing their debut EP, Search for the Truth, in 2002. In 2005, the band released their first full-length album, Kezia, on the indie label Underground Operations.
On January 23, 2006, the band signed with Vagrant Records for Kezia's American release on April 4, 2006.

This is a scratch track for an upcoming song about my love for the Taco Bell Beefy Fritos Burritos. From the perspective of myself and then the perspective of the burrito. This is the first time I do vocals in a minute lol. On the final version of this Jason Kaufman of FTW will play the part of the burrito in the song :)more

Intertwined
New single I just released from my upcoming EP titled "Just A Bump In The Road". I call the style "Hardchoir", as it's based on metalcore instrumentally, but the vocals are a few dozen tracks of harmonized singing for a choir effect. This combination leads to a sound that is heavy but also very pretty and moody.more
