1. About someone:
Someone denying how they feel. They want to confess but they don/t know if the other person feels the same way, so they stay waiting, trapped in their own emotions
2. About yourself:
Someone who feels like they never progress in life but somehow have a vision that they see themselves achieving something great. So their future self is asking their past self if they can see their own protentional and how they will wait for them to realize all they are capable.
