The Mississippi singer songwriter is currently working on her first full length album with Eternal Beyond studios. The story behind the song: Ruth Etc. hosts a weekly open mic where her friend, Mira, had been coming to watch for months. Mira finally got the courage to get up and sing a few original songs. Days before her debut, Mira passed away in a car accident. That night, Ruth went home to write the chorus, wishing she is in heaven playing music with the Angel Band.
