This is CatNick: Soulful vocals, keyboard melodies with an intuitive forward-looking sound. Nick is in charge of the drums and the guitars. house-inspired jazz drums, jazz bass with a vintage sound, guitars are basically a melding of Nile Rogers chucking with the haunting jangles of the Jazzmaster. Hiding behind CatNick’s catchy tunes are some introspective lyrics, reflecting the duo's inner world. Cat’s lyrics are emotionally honest, creative, and personal, but can also be moody and self-conscious, seamlessly shifting from joy to deep sadness.
