Los Tucanes de Tijuana is a Mexican band founded on 13 April 1987 by Mario Quintero Lara and a group of talented friends in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. From humble beginnings, starting their musical career by playing at nightclubs they rose to become the most successful and sought after Norteño band in Mexico, Latin America and the United States.
