This song is the depiction of a young adult's struggle with love, heartbreak, and addiction. In the song, there is a journey where in the beginning the character goes right into saying that they want love and want to quit drugs. The character then concludes the chorus by explaining that they couldn't be themself without the person to whom they give their heart and soul. Throughout the next verse feelings of anxiety and depression caused by the fear of loneliness are expressed. The character then expresses that they know trying to find love can be dangerous because of how it has affected them mentally and how finding the wrong person can cause more damage, but in the end, the character still finds a need to try and find love. By the end of the journey, the character has finally found love and breaks out into a more emotional and vocal performance that showcases the passion that is felt when love is found.more
