HaMechashefot (The Witches) was an Israeli all women influential rock band. Inbal Perlmuter - Vocals, Guitar, Lyrics and Melody. Ifat Netz - Bass and Vocals. Yael Cohen - Drums and Vocals. The band started performing at clubs in the end of 1992, their success began at the Ein Gav concert in 1993. The band appeared and performed a sensual version of Mordecai Hönig’s poem “קסם על ים כנרת” (Magic on the Sea of Galilee). This version was recorded in April the same year and released as A SINGLE.
