Chris “Ancient Scholar” Tsichlas was the guitarist, vocalist, composer and co-founder of the underground Death Metal band “Sickness”, from 1994 to 2001.In 2004 he also bought a Cretan Lute and begun to study the traditional music of his origin place, which is the island of Crete. “Pythagorean Circle” his latest musical project, has been created and formed in 2021, as a way to express his esoteric need to play the “Old School Black Metal” of the 90s, which he new and loved as a teenager.Chris found his calling with Pythagorean Circle.A Hellenic Pagan Black Metal Project, on an Everlasting Quest for Ancestral Wisdom.
