There are few artists with a more intriguing and involving stories than that of Bonafide. The difference is he doesn’t make music to become famous or even get recognition. he had always treated music as a way to confess his deeper thoughts and stories behind his pain. Even throughout his parents’ divorce and father leaving, music remained a passion and an outlet, but never a career.
 After the breakdown of his family, Bonafide’ four-year road to college went to the streets, and the young artist took to late nights, smoking, drinking, and struggling to keep his head above water. As the years rolled on, Bonafide’s life continued to spiral with the loss of several close family members back in 2009 on top of other family members passing away from cancer."I never understood how cancer can be so aggressive and deadly, especially in my family you know". With very little time passing and a child on the way, he hit a crossroads in his life. And with that brought ambition.
