Sphamandla Banele Gcwabaza (born 2002 July 28), known professionally as JAY D BEATS, is a South African hip hop producer and record producer. Born and raise in Umlazi A section, a Township located in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. And by the year of 2019 he moved to R section. At that time of the Jay D Beats met ANDRWMAARS they both worked on their first Collab single Pablo. Same in 2019 Jay D Beats and ANDRWMAARS released an album COCO WRLD where they even collabed with an Italian beatmaker/producer D-D Beatz, a collaboration that introduced him to the Sicilian hip hop heads. Jay D Beats and ANDRWMAARS then in 2020 collabed again in November on an Ep JAY MAARSY where they even collabed with NOMFUNDO NGCOBO, YANDA DEE & CRYSTAL K. With support from hometown and music peers the mixtape received positive reviews on social media and has left a mark on his Discography. The mixtape JAY MAARSY had notable singles such as BLACK SKIN FLEX, IZINJA, WATER, LEVITATE & STRIPPERS
