In 2015 I went into the military, for the first time in my life I was taken out of my environment and sent overseas. While isolated (stationed) in Japan I did a lot of self reflecting on my self and my life. I realized I was carrying a lot of baggage from my environment/experiences obtained in my adolescent years. I wrote this song as therapeutic exercise to "Express" all of the things I had been bottling inside. This is a front row seat to the movie of my life and I'm sure many can relate.more

4th track from my EP, Hiraeth. At times, there tends to be that desperate sort of feeling when someone is choosing to walk away from you - the anger, the denial that you may feel...the "How could someone do this to me?" feeling that you get. I wrote this track detailing that feeling. (It's also inspired by an episode of one of my favorite television shows that hit a little too close to home when it aired...bonus points if you guess it!)
