This track was written in the wake of seeing someone I hadn’t seen for a very long time and the past emotions that brought with it. Inspired by that bittersweet feeling of nostalgia, of what might have been, the track uses a variety of evocative, melancholic chords and pads whilst the rhythm and the bass groove along underneath giving life to the mix. The album artwork epitomises the song as, being an old photograph of mine, when looking at it, it provokes similar emotions and serves as a tool for being a ‘Window To The Past’.more
