A demo song from my band Grimleal, which is a Fire Emblem inspired symphoblack/melodeath band from Canada. "Dark Shadow" was lyrically inspired by a character named Tharja from the video game Fire Emblem: Awakening (who also makes a subtle cameo on the artwork), and combines symphonic black with progressive melodic death metal, alongside some Middle Eastern folk instrumentation to give it a more exotic sound.
