I wrote this about my old manager. She was a terrible manager. She was bad because of Nepotism, She relied on me to make decisions for her because I knew what I was doing, and she kept hiring people who would steal hundreds of dollars from the store leaving the other employees without tips to make up for the loss of net profit. I eventually left due to the disrespect I received and the store almost collapsed in infrastructure and after a while, she offered me my choice in pay but I refused.more
