BOGOH (pronounced bah-go) is a Chicago-area music teacher by day, singer/songwriter and home-studio musician by night. Poetic lyrics, tuneful melodies, obscure key changes, and mixed-meter grooves are the hallmarks of his style. BOGOH is a sponge; influenced by many different artists and genres. For inspiration, he often listens to the music of Rush, the Beatles, Muse, and Billy Joel. BOGOH's debut EP, Wutdoyasay, is about experiencing loss and learning to appreciate simple joys that present themselves. The songs were written in the stolen moments of everyday life, usually late at night after the family was asleep and the house was quiet.
