Winton Adrian Wilmot aka Deacon Psalmist, Bangsta Music and childhood name Winty was born in St. Ann, Jamaica. Winton started in music at a very early age, singing at church events and concerts. His mother loves music and would have taught her sons to sing, Winty being the eldest. Through-out high school Winton was introduced to the Trumpet after being selected to be a part of his High School Wind/Brass band it was there his potential to be a great musician started to come to realization. Fast forward today Winton is now a Worship Minister/Psalmist, Music Producer, Music Coach, Media Specialist/Director, Graphics Designer and Artist Manager. Married to one wife, blessed with a son. He loves the Lord and loves to serve the body of Christ. One of his major productions called “The Gateway Riddim” released in 2013 would grooved its way into the hearts of many, stretched across borders and cultures with sweet Reggae vibes. With songs like “Omni Present” by St. Matthew.
