JAYRO is a Hip-Hop/R&B artist hailing from humble beginnings in Bridgetown, Barbados and currently resides in Charlotte NC. His eloquent wording and Caribbean patois always makes for an entertaining and interesting song which gives his music a very smooth, upbeat and down to earth point of view. Being a versatile artist, you never know what to expect from JAYRO. At an early age, JAYRO always had a deep love and passion for music. Playing various musical instruments such as the piano, drums and saxophone both at Church and in various bands. The love for singing and rap came around his early teens after he began exploring different genres as he got older. Influenced by artists like Drake, Lil Wayne, PARTYNEXTDOOR, Rick Ross, Nipsey Hussle and a few others. JAYRO aims to merge the gap between is Caribbean core and American Influence. Despite writing songs from the age of 13, JAYRO began recording and releasing music in 2019 with his breakout single Tides Turn. Upon moving to America
