Krystle Baller is a solo artist and the bass playing front-woman for queer hard rock band, RICHARD. She is also the founder of Pachyderm Music Lab, a school that teaches music through programs like Lady Rockstars, and the Music & Volunteer Director for Girls Rock Charlotte, a nonprofit that amplifies the voices of girls and gender diverse youth through music and the arts. Equality and inclusivity make up the backbone of her musical work which is outlined in her TEDx Talk called "Women Turn Up the Volume." Krystle plays all the instruments and produces music as well.
