We are delighted to share Mackum’s new song named ‘By The Lights’ (featuring Irish rap artist ScoobE). While this song is inspired by his faith in God, the song is written in a way that anyone who listens to it can apply it for the person they want it to be for. The ‘someone’ who’s standing by the light can be anyone, but In Mackum’s case it’s the person who God has put in front of him. There is always someone by the lights for everyone. That person will give them hope or will steer them in the right direction: even in these difficult times there is always hope. This is Mackum’s fourth independent release. In June 2020 Mackum teamed up with DJ duo Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike (Green Room) for the song ‘Wild Tonight’ (140.000 streams and counting). Mackum wrote the song and recorded his vocals on a production by Young T, who - in the same year - also contributed to the production of All Love by Hip Hop superstar Lil Durk.more
