Sun Uther Wahn is a musician and songwriter currently based in Tampa, Florida. Born in Japan and raised in the epicentre of Country music, Mississippi, Sun Uther Wahn (born Norman Williams) has spent the past 40 years carefully crafting his ambient rock fusion sound as well as working on other musical projects in the south-east USA. Introduced to the Country and Rock & Roll music of Fats Domino, Skeeter Davis, Sons of Pioneers and The Ventures at a young age, Sun Uther Wahn spend his early years immersed in music and soon began searching for new sounds, developing a love for The Beatles, Brian Eno and The Beach Boys. A third generation musician, Sun Uther Wahn was introduced to his grandfather’s collection of fiddles, lap steels, upright basses, guitars, harmonicas and piano, spending hours on end replicating music by ear and learning techniques to create new sounds.
