Mike Anthony Torres better known as DARE is a Hispanic recording/performing artist, songwriter, audio engineer, producer and fashion designer. He was born on October 26, 1990 in Puerto Rico where he spent 3 years of his infancy before moving to NYC. After moving around a lot DARE started being exposed to different multicultural art forms including the five elements of Hip-Hop, R&B, Reggeaton, Dancehall and many more musical genres in his community. In 2013 he began interning at Soundclash Studios where DARE honed his audio engineering craft landing him many sessions with industry artists. Using his ability to build the instrumental with metaphorical wordplay he captures audiences in his trance. Refusing to simplify his lyrics DARE stays true to himself promoting his reality through music, film and fashion showcasing clever double entendres with his nostalgic Hip-Hop sound.
