ModernDayRome, is an multi-talented singer, songwriter and musician. He began perfecting his craft being a part of the Bakersfield High School Men's, Chorale, and Advanced Chamber Singers throughout the duration of his high school career. His musical growth flourished even more in 2006 when he, along with his brother and several of his first male cousins, formed the quartet group The Covenant Messengers. During the groups’ four year existence, serving as the lead singer of the group was both a privilege and a highlight for him. In 2018, Jerome took on the alias, ModernDayRome, and released his first debut album in 2019 entitled, “Modern Time”. In addition, he has released several EPs, and various singles, leading up to his sophomore project, ‘MODERNITY’ (2022). His vow is to “keep everything modern” , while holding his purpose of musical authenticity, and creativity.
