Born and raised in North, South Carolina, Stoni Grey is a small town country boy at heart. A dreamer like many; he started as a child of the arts. Music is just one of many talents he developed over the years. From the influences of 80s and 90s R&B/Hip Hop to Funk, New Wave and Electronic; Stoni is a melting pot of melodies and sounds. He released his first mixtape “Flights To Orion” in 2010 under the stage name Sean Stone and later followed up with the mixtape “Polaris” in 2012. Five years later he would reinvent himself as the artist we know today. Writing, producing and engineering his own music; he would release the mixtape “Wildbrook” in 2020. Paying homage to the dirt road he grew up on; the self-produced mixtape would introduce him to the world as a self-sufficient artist. “It is a symbol of making something out of nothing” he states. Today Stoni Grey is currently working on new music and plan to release an album along with other musical projects.
