80_pan, formerly known as 80★PAN!, and originally known as ハレンチ☆パンチ (Harenchi☆Punch), is a Victor Entertainment idol unit made out of 2 girls living in Kansai area and is led by Tomomi Ogasawara. They were discovered by popular Kyoto Information Magazine "Kyoto CD!" in their search for new popular idols, debuting in 2004. Tomomi, whose dream is to form a band and has been attending live houses as a band kid, announced to their producer, "We will become idols making genuine music!".
