1996, Richmond, USA. On a dirt floor basement, Bryan Cox, Erik Larson (ex-Avail drummer) and Asechiah Bogdan founded ALABAMA THUNDERPUSSY (ATP). Fueled by a desire to play dirty, kick ass rock and roll, they began playing the local circuit without a singer. Shortly thereafter, bassist Bill Storms joined the band and after several failed attempts to find the right vocalist, the band recruited Johhny Throckmorton. Only Cox and Larson remain in the band today.

Introspection is Co-produced by Grammy-nominated producer Ulrich Wild (Pantera, Static- X, Deftones, Slipknot), and Argentina's Alejandro Taranto(A.N.I.M.A.L., Los Fabulosos Cadillacs). This song shows off the unique collaboration between these two legendary producers. Introspection was mixed by Ulrich Wild, and mastered by Gene Grimaldi at Oasis Mastering (Danzig, Pennywise, Avenged Sevenfold).
