Keep moving with me
This song is about sticking together through uncertainty, moving forward, and facing the future hand in hand.
Here is a short interpretation of the core message:
The journey and togetherness: The song depicts a journey away from familiar places (past the county line and with a jacket on your shoulders). Despite the winding road and an uncertain future, they choose to hold on to each other.
Optimism and hope: The lyrics express a strong belief that "the best is still ahead of us", and that together they can overcome obstacles when the world around them tries to pull them apart.
The path forward: Metaphors like compasses, sparks, and roads rolling out show that they navigate life together, where love and unity serve as their guide.more
