Valentijn Verkerk is better known as Antoon. The Dutch rapper, singer and producer is signed to Dreamteam Music: the label of Twan van Steenhoven (Big2 / The Opposites). Verkerk was born in a small North Holland village Hoorn. Via the Herman Brood Academy, a school for musicians, Antoon comes into contact with Twan van Steenhoven, better known as Big2. In the beginning he wanted to be the new Afrojack, but eventually he started making beats for fun.
