Azed is a Morrocan rap artist and producer born in the city of Casablanca in 1977. At the age of 15, he migrated to France with his family. Two years later, he started writing lyrics. Azed was living in Montrogue (92), a suburb in Paris. This is why music was for him an escape from the ghetto life more than a hobby. In 2001, he released his first album ‘Double Peine’. It was the best selling album on the month of April 2001 in the FNAC mega stores in Paris. Azed used his music to relate his experiences and bring them into the music world.
