There are at least three artists with this name. 1) BETSY is a Welsh singer-songwriter signed to Warner Bros. Born in Pembrokeshire, she was brought up on a rural goose farm which made her hopes of becoming a musician a “far-away dream”. She later decided to enroll in a course in Womenswear Fashion Design in London’s Central St Martins art school as a back-up plan of sorts; within a few months, she was presented with an internship in Balenciaga and later spent two years working full-time at the fashion house.
