Birmingham J is an American rapper from Birmingham, Alabama, United States. His spoken aim is to put his city on the map as OutKast did for Atlanta. Although some have compared him to Ludacris, his style and attitude is unique. While many rappers brag about their years in the drug game, Birmingham is proud of his day job, but doesn't allow it to interfere with his true love. Since around 2000, he has been writing a lot of lyrics at work and matching them to the beat when he gets home.
