Cansever was born on 8 July 1967 in Veles, North Macedonia, as the youngest of 7 children. His father is Thessaloniki and her mother is an immigrant from Bulgaria and is of Roman origin. Cansever's real name is Dzansever Dalipova. When Cansever was only 12 years old, she lost one eye due to children throwing sticks in the street. Cansever, who has been in the music world since her childhood, released her first album, Kemano Başal E Romenge, in 1992 in North Macedonia. She caught 'Morbus Behterew', a type of rheumatic disease, in 1994.
