This song is truly so special to me, as it is framed around the symbolism of the parable of the 10 virgins in Matthew 25, focusing on the preparation and reliance on Christ required to wait well. I hope this song blesses you and much as making it has blessed me. more

I wrote this song in the car on the way home from a therapy session when I realized that I would rather feel nothing at all than deal with negative feelings and emotions. Not a great place to be. This led to some negative strategies in dealing with myself and others and put me in a pretty dark place. These challenges are a constant reminder that I need to put my faith and hope in Jesus, who has made a way for me to live at peace even in difficult times. Whatever you believe, I hope this song is an encouragement to you in whatever you're going through. This song will release on Feb 2 on Spotify.
