Contraction for the Ghetto Commission, a 1990s rap group formerly signed to Master P's No Limit Records. The Ghetto Commission are a group of four members. They made their No Limit debut on the, I Got The Hook-Up! Soundtrack, with the song, "What You Need". Since then they have been on many No Limit albums. Their album called, Wise Guys, was their first No Limit album, and was a hit record. Their style varies from hardcore gangsta rap to R&B.
