Dealer
There are three bands with this name; 1) Dealer — a young band forged by experienced musicians from many of Australia’s finest heavy music acts (Alpha Wolf, Northlane, Iconoclast to name a few) — are just that; the source, patient zero for a fresh, vicious-but-melancholic take on nu-metal infused metalcore. Combining grating, grisly breakdowns with a grim sonic aesthetic and moments of eerie, off-putting ambience akin to Happiness in Self-Destruction-era The Plot In You

Flying Monkey
Ok, had some fun with this one. I have always been a Wizard of Oz fan. I think it is the most frightening movie ever made. The flying monkeys always scared the crap out of me, but it made for a fun song. Let me know what you think, and if you like, follow me here and on Bandcamp! Lyrics: Gotta break free from these chains the wicked witch calls and its always the same bring them to me!...she exclaims! now it's the monkeys turn to give the witch some fame! and would it kill her to get a run way? jumping out the window seems to be the only way, and can't she invest in a metal cage, people are heavy in every stage! but let me contest, a flying monkey is the best, but then...there's the wicked witch of the west Face of green, if you know what I mean, Beedie eyes, long fingernails, and you guessed it, she smells! Dodging brooms left and right In the day and in the night Smoke and spells every day But my free blue vest takes my pain away Twist of fate with wings to soar... blue and grey skies I can't ignore Stuck with a witch...but its not all bad look at all the fun I've had oh yeah!! back at the castle, really is no hassle... I'm by her side when she looks in the ball. Curses! smelling those poppies make them fall! sleep, sleep don't make a peep and what the hell, their on the go, when Glenda made it snow! I said just send out the monkeys forget the spells, a monkey never fails. but let me contest, a flying monkey's the best, but then again, there's the wicked witch of the west? Face of green, if you know what I mean, beedie eyes, long fingernails, and you guessed it, sky writing fails! it's rather painful, marching for hours so shameful... I'm talking about the witches guards. (oh lee oh, ohhhh.... oh lee oh, ohhhh) got duped by the group, clothes stolen, and left for dead, and after a water bucket thrown at her head, she melted away, not exactly a monkey's best day Hey Glenda do you need some monkeys; I can fluff up that dress! we aim to impress! and it's no trouble that you travel by bubble, and you'll take your last breath as you fall to your death, it'll be the best, when we avenge the wicked witch of the west! (oh lee oh, ohhhh.... oh lee oh, ohhhh) it'll be the best, when we avenge the wicked witch of the west! Of the westmore

Catatonic
Life sometimes just confuses me. So much, I often just freeze, I wrote this song about just that, follow me on Bandcamp if you like... Lyrics: I'm staring at the ceiling, it's a blank canvas again Decisions running through a mind that can't find the end Love knocks but can't answer back Frozen here might as well fade to black Life's a split road and I'm stuck on the line Hands on my head, I try to read the signs Heartbeats turned to whispers in the noise Can't make a move when I've lost my voice I might be catatonic, stuck in my confusion Every choice I make feels like an illusion Love's a puzzle I can't understand I have no idea why there are such crazy demands Catatonic, frozen to the core Catatonic, fallen to the floor Catatonic...Life doesn't feel right Catatonic...It's dark, I SEE NO LIGHT!!!! Every step feels like eggs shells floating in the air Caught between reality and a cold hard glare Emotions tangled up in a heavy chain Can't break free from this run away train Gazing at the crossroads with a thousand thoughts Paralyzed by the battles that I've fought The clock is ticking but I'm still in one place Frozen in decisions I can’t face (cant face!!) I might be catatonic, stuck in my confusion Every choice I make feels like an illusion Love's a puzzle I can't understand I have no idea why there are such crazy demands Catatonic, frozen to the core Catatonic, fallen to the floor Catatonic...Life doesn't feel right Catatonic...It's dark, I SEE NO LIGHT!!!! Catatonic, frozen to the core Catatonic, fallen to the floor Catatonic...Life doesn't feel right Catatonic...It's dark, I SEE NO LIGHT!!!! more

Hiss and Run
ok, one more. I wrote this song about something that happened to me many years ago when I was at an alligator park in Houston, Texas. I got chased by an alligator that I hissed at. Yep, not smart. But makes for a great song I think! Let me know :) Lyrics: Sun was hot I lost my cool Saw an alligator breakin' the rules He hissed at me, so I hissed right back never thought he'd launch a full on attack In his eyes I saw pure rage Like a beast freed from its cage He lunged forward teeth sharp like knives In that moment... I feared for my life!!! I ran so fast my heart went wild Alligator chased me like a wicked child Climbed a tree to get away Caught my breath and cursed the day He circled 'round the trunk below and smiled at me a deadly teeth show Eyes locked I felt the heat Sweat drippin' trying to not slip by my feet His hiss was a growl a thunderous roar His promise of danger I couldn't ignore Tree held steady under me A refuge from this hissing spree I ran so fast my heart went wild Alligator chased me like a wicked child Climbed a tree to get away Caught my breath and cursed the day Ok, so lessoned learned, in my brain it was burned... when an alligator hisses, never hiss right back.. a life lesson that now I don't lack. so what's the moral of the story? There's no moral, and there was no glory. Just an idiot saved by a tree, barely making it in a 100 yard flee! I ran so fast my heart went wild Alligator chased me like a wicked child Climbed a tree to get away Caught my breath and cursed the daymore
