Dreaming Cooper is an ambient / chill progressive music project formed by Victor Khlyustov. Growing up surrounded by music, Victor tries himself in different styles. In 2006 he preferred directions of electronic music Psy Trance and Ambient. Thus were born the projects Insum and Dreaming Cooper. The first 3 tracks were released by Up Records on compilation "Up And Away" (the project named as D_Cooper). This was followed by several other releases on compilations (labels Altar Records and Mystic Sound Records).
