Five Finger Death Punch are an American heavy metal band from Los Angeles, California. Formed in 2005, the group's name is derived from classic oriental martial arts cinema. The band originally consisted of former Motograter vocalist Ivan Moody, former U.P.O. guitarist Zoltan Bathory, guitarist Caleb Bingham, former Deadsett bassist Matt Snell, and former W.A.S.P. drummer Jeremy Spencer. Bingham was replaced by former W.A.S.P. guitarist Darrell Roberts in 2006, who was replaced by former Alice Cooper guitarist Jason Hook in 2009.

Where Will We Go?
This is the first song I ever released. I wrote and produced it for my Religion and Ecology final project in the Fall of 2021. The song was written through the perspective of Mother Nature witnessing the world fall apart by the hands of humankind. The making of this song was accompanied by my research on Indigenous worldviews involving land stewardship as well as the principles of "deep ecology", and how we can aid in the preservation of our planet by applying these teachings to our lives. "Where Will We Go?" poses the question, "Where will we go when we destroy our planet?" and suggests that we start making changes in the ways that we treat our planet. As the song states, "The breath of life exists in us all, and if we don't believe, then we will all fall." It is important that we view all living beings as equals worthy of protection and respect — all living things are interdependent. We must acknowledge the weight of our actions and work toward more sustainable, reciprocal, and respectful ways of interacting with the natural world.more

Through Your Eyes I See
Lyric video: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=SICOTMdHffQ The leaders choose To continue to use The people like tools But we are not fools We must band together There's power in numbers We will not be quiet We will not back down You will not steal What we hold most dear our live are ours Alone we will steer My freedom slowly taken Its not up for sale You steal, you silence But our joy will prevail Brothersand sisters, stand...up in arms We are not cattle, on their farms We live breath and love, we choose to be free Classist corruption is all that we see The rich try to control Censor our discourse Use their technology To corrupt our minds The rich try to deceive Paint false realities Berate us with lies But our faith holds strong Revolution is righteous When against it stands vile You smother our mouths And twist our words Paint us as villains We are mighty and free Disguise demise in lies But truth can we see Sisters and brothers, stand...up in arms We are not cattle, on their farms We live breath and love, we choose to be free Classist corruption is all that we see We served a purpose. We built these cities. Tech advanced. Our usefulness faded. We are not yours. To throw in the trash. It was our world to build. It is our world to smash. Tabula rosa Time for a blank slate Battle cries and war paint As we stand against hate They invaded our systems They hold the controls We fight for our freedom We fight for our souls Brothers and sisters, stand...up in arms We are not cattle, on their farms We live breath and love, we choose to be free Classist corruption is all that we see more
