FJØRT were formed in early 2012 in the dark, somewhat damp music bunker near Aachen; as an outlet for everything that is too much and too little in one that has to go. The meeting of glacial post-rock with scalding lyrics quickly merges into music that invites you to sink in. The group's first output, "Demontage", was released in November 2012 via Through Love Records. In addition, the trio plays almost a hundred concerts, mostly in self-managed rooms, organized by local concert groups.
