There are two bands named Frigg: (1). Frigg is a multitalented Finnish-Norwegian seven who produces fresh Scandinavian folk fiddling accompanied by fretted instruments, upright bass and endless energy. The style they represent is a mixture of Kaustinen (Finland) and Nord-Trondelag (Norway) -traditions flavoured with a taste of americana and irish folk music. Frigg has been chosen as "The Band Of The Year" 2003 of Kaustinen Folk Music Festival.

With tabla player Ty Burhoe and electric bassist Evan Marien, Andy Reiner presents a completely original take on the standard 32-bar fiddle tune form, featuring through-composed variations alongside improvisations. Post-Production Engineer James Tuttle folds his post-production role into the arrangement by upgrading acoustic fiddle drones into a lush and swirly soundscape.more
