DEXTH GRIPS
The closing weight. The things we carry eventually tighten their grip; some are escaped, some are accepted, and some simply refuse to let go. Lyrics: Death Grips Load up the clip Then I proceed till empty repeat Lay me right down to sleep I think that I might be marked for death Got nothing left While I fight this illness trapped in our mind Stranded for days I wish it was me That is the one who will be saved Stuck inside my ways Feeling this daze Can never go ahead And just erase All of this pain Just like a phase It passes by Just so fast Like everything else in life It seems to never fucking last Smoke up, get high Feeling so fried I do this all the time Just so I can run from my lies Rack another line Now I am feeling the time The shit will go on for hours Well I am drunk with these notions Can you even try to understand Drink up all these potions Just to sever the ties Because I am Marked for death We got sin in our veins Death in our brains We act like this So we can remain Atop of the food chain Do not even think about passing the blame Passing the blame Passing the blame Passing the blame Passing the blame Passing the blame Who is passing the blame Passing the blame Passing the blame Yeah You think I just do this for fame But see I would never remain The one to just Forgive you for all this pain that we are in Another round up For the kids who wound up Dead and gone At six feet under Hitting home like thunder What is the toll I will never know Guess I am gonna go walk myself Into this hole Yuh!more

New UNRELEASED track I've been working on. Re-recorded the vocals and reworked the arrangement, this is currently sitting very close to the final version. Before I send it off to streaming platforms, I'd genuinely appreciate another set of ears on the mix/master. If anything stands out (vocals, low end, dynamics, FX, overall balance), pls let me know. Best listened to with headphones 🎧. Written, produced, recorded, mixed & mastered by CUB LEXNARD / CUBLENNY IN THE MIX.more
